I like working with older people. What I find with every single older person I work with is that there is a lot of wisdom there to share. Now they all don’t always share it all equally but when you take the time to get to know people like you have to in order to do my job correctly, you pick up a lot from that person and its really neat. You get a lot of kernels of wisdom.
