22-July-2013 –Each month, the experienced estate planning attorneys at the Dayton, Ohio law firm Lovett & House Co., LPA provide helpful seminars featuring important information about estate and Medicaid planning issues and solutions.

George Lovett, founding partner of Lovett & House Co., LPA and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, presented the firm’s July seminars.

At the firm’s seminars, individuals and families learned how they can effectively pass on their cherished assets and protect themselves and their family through a comprehensive estate plan. Seminar guests also found out how to prepare their finances for a prospective stay in a nursing home.

In addition, Lovett & House Co., LPA presented a the third July seminar covering Advance Directives, including Living Wills, Health Care Powers of Attorney, and Do Not Resuscitate Orders. These important documents protect an individual in the case of tragedy.
