05-June-2013 –Throughout the year, the experienced estate planning attorneys at Lovett & House Co., LPA, a law firm based in Dayton, Ohio, provide informative seminars educating guests about estate and Medicaid planning issues and solutions.

George Lovett, founding partner of Lovett & House Co., LPA and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, will present the firm’s June seminars. At the first two seminars, individuals and families will discover how they can successfully pass on their assets, protect themselves and their family through an effective estate plan, and prepare their finances for a prospective stay in a nursing home.

The final June seminar will be a private seminar. At this trust review seminar, guests will learn how new tax laws, which went into effect in January, 2013, could significantly affect their trust—resulting in their heirs having to pay thousands of dollars in unnecessary income taxes. Guests will also learn how a trust can pass on their assets in their entirety, protect them in the event of tragedy, and safeguard their heirs from lawsuits, creditors, and other adverse events.
