Estate Planning & Trust Review Seminars in May

Dayton, OH Law Firm Lovett & House Co., LPA Presents Estate Planning & Trust Review Seminars in May

09-May-2013 –Every month, the experienced and highly knowledgeable estate planning attorneys at the Dayton, Ohio law firm Lovett & House Co., LPA give helpful seminars answering important questions about estate and Medicaid planning.

In May, the firm’s seminars will include several presentations giving important, up-to-date information about trusts. These seminars will be presented by founding partner and attorney George Lovett. Lovett is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association and has practiced estate planning throughout his 25 years as an attorney.

At these Trust Review seminars, guests will learn how new tax laws, which went into effect in January of this year, could significantly impact their trust—resulting in their heirs having to pay thousands of dollars in unnecessary income taxes. Guests will also learn how a trust can pass on their assets intact, protect them in the event of tragedy, and safeguard their heirs from creditors and lawsuits.

The firm will also give a seminar that discusses Estate Planning and Nursing Home/Medicaid planning.

These seminars are free and open to the public. Lovett & House Co., LPA will give three seminars this month:

Estate Planning and Medicaid/Nursing Home Planning Issues and Solutions with George Lovett

Thursday, May 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“Frequently, folks are blindsided when they realize how not having an estate plan or trust—or having a plan that is out of date—can negatively affect them as well as their families. During our seminars, we give valuable information to help families make sure they are fully prepared. Whether you’re coming to learn more about how a trust can protect you or to find out if your trust is up to date and working for you, we can help,” said George Lovett.
