Leah Daugherty

Leah Daugherty is a skilled attorney practicing estate planning, probate, and related litigation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wright State University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2018. Leah continued her education at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2022 with concentrations in International and Business Law. As a member of the Dayton and Miami County Bar Associations, she brings her skill set to clients across Ohio.

Leah is passionate about protecting her clients from injustice and ensuring that their rights are upheld in every situation. She finds her work intellectually stimulating and enjoys the constant opportunity to learn and grow in her field. Clients appreciate her hands-on approach and work closely with Leah to confidently navigate the complexities of estate planning and probate.

Outside of her legal career, Leah is an avid gardener and animal lover, with two pet potbelly pigs who live indoors. She also has a passion for theater and running, having participated in professional productions and completed a marathon. Whether in the courtroom or her garden, Leah is dedicated to giving her best in everything she does.
