Tapestry is a “Low Income Housing Tax Credit” community, and the rate is based on the individual’s GROSS income.  We do not charge level of care fees because again the resident rate is based on their Gross Income. Phone, cable and internet is included for their stay here. Prices range from $3,617-$5854. We are an ALL Inclusive price community with NO level of care fees.  Their prices include care, housekeeping, all three meals, phone, cable and internet.
