Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 50-bed facility located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sidney.  Centrally located in downtown Sidney, our cozy location provides a familiar home-like environment with private rehabilitation suites.  Our specialized clinical programs allow us to provide high acuity nursing services to our guests such as dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, management of chronic disease, hospice and respite care.  We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, CareSource Medicaid, United Healthcare, Molina Medicaid, Buckeye Medicaid, Cigna, and Humana. We also have a Medicaid specialist on staff to assist with the application process and will accept Medicaid pending guests on a case-by-case basis.
