There’s something particularly special about food that is straight from farm to table. It simply can’t be beat in terms of freshness and, often, quality. In addition, buying local has the added bonus of supporting farmers in the area.
That’s why I encourage you to visit the Dayton Farmers Market at Courthouse Square. The Market, located in downtown Dayton, consistently offers delicious fresh produce, baked goods, and other products straight from the people who grew or made them.
The Market lets you get to know the people that are responsible for making much of Dayton’s food, trade favorite recipes with your neighbors, and find out how to cook new items!
As the summer comes to a close, you only have a few more chances to visit the Market. The Farmers Market at Courthouse Square is open every Monday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. until September 2. Don’t miss your chance to get the best in local goods!
